Plastec Systems will provide our customers with a Service Agreement
This agreement provides you, the customer, with a quarterly visit. At each visit our technician will review any operational concerns and perform a maintenance review of the entire machine, followed by a discussion with the owners. Plastec will keep an ongoing review file which is used in follow up visits.
